How credible is a college of aldermen in important matters if they don’t even answer a simple question from the municipal councillors honestly?
Their answer to our question from the municipal council meeting on 14 December 2023, to which they responded in writing a full 3 months later, on 14 March 2024, shows that the aldermen’s honesty is not very good.
The newly elected members were NOT invited to the meeting of the school commission on 15 November 2023, but the former members. Even if such errors occur, this mistake should have been noticed by the President of the Commission, LSAP Mayor J. Breuer, at the latest at the beginning of the meeting when the attendance list was drawn up. A corresponding reaction would have been necessary.
The answer to our question shows that the college of aldermen does not take the truth very seriously and tries to cover up mistakes instead of admitting them.
The invitation to the commission meeting was NOT sent out before 26 October, but on 30 October at 13:21. We have a copie of the invitation and the list of recipients.
