Word has spread that our LSAP/DP college of aldermen does not take regulations very seriously and likes to interpret them in its very own way.
At the municipal council meeting on 30.11.2023, the college of aldermen, with active support of the majority municipal councils, did so again. Following a joint written complaint by the CSV/déi gréng opposition, the Ministère des Affaires intérieures confirmed that the college of aldermen had made a mistake and asked the latter to comply in future with the relevant articles of the law.
Just as for previous colleges of aldermen, there are also regulations and laws for this LSAP/DP council to which it must adhere. The LSAP/DP still has much to learn here. We as the CSV will of course support them in achieving this and ensure that everything runs correctly.
